1. About GoFreely

GoFreely is a digital platform designed to support emotional well-being and mental health awareness.
We connect users (“You” or “Users”) with experienced Healers who offer empathetic listening, guidance, and emotional support through anonymous calls, chats, or video sessions.

Please note: GoFreely is not a medical or emergency service. Our platform is intended for emotional support and well-being guidance, not for clinical therapy, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoFreely.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account or log in anonymously using your chosen username.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or impersonate any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of our policies.

4. Service Usage

• Sessions with Healers are meant for emotional well-being, self-expression, and personal growth.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• You must not share content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Payments for sessions (if applicable) must be made via our authorized payment partners (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, or similar).
• All payments are final. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
• Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Your anonymity is our top priority. We do not share your identity or personal details with any Healer or third party without your consent.
• All chats, calls, and sessions are strictly confidential, except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
• Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer

• GoFreely does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Our Healers are not substitutes for licensed mental health professionals unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GoFreely shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or completeness of any advice given by Healers.
• Your use of the platform is solely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GoFreely — including logos, graphics, text, software, and images — is the property of GoFreely or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful conduct.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Third-Party Links

GoFreely may include links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
